Thoes pictures are fantastic! It's very rare that people get to play around with fireworks.. (around once a year, i do believe?).. I had the opportunity to catch some myself but.. I decided having a drink would be better.

Hopefully, people will still be setting some off tonight.. maybe i will be able to go and snap a few!

Very lucky to get great shots like these, Great job with the shutterspeed aswell.. Works perfectly.. You have have tried a few with a long shutter speed and made the photograph drag on and see the effect. It sometimes works well if you can make a slow shutter speed and rotate to the firework .

Did you end up catching anymore?

Yer i think i took about 300 or so that night lol was a bit trigger happy. Unfortunatly most towards the end are too cloudy as they fired way too many fireworks at once. Was good fun and great practise! Thanks for the comments.

I love these! I think they are better than the other firework pics in this forum, no offense. I just think that you timed taking the pics perfectly compared to the other ones. I think timing has a lot to do with how well some pics come out. Great job!

Fireworks have never been my forte. But I think that I do have one photo that I can honestly say I was happy about and that might have been just because I was lucky.

These are spectacular! I have tried many times to get shots of fireworks, but always my results are somewhat, well, soggy. I must try your settings next time I try.
