Hey this is my first picture uploaded on the site the image was taken of my pet hate (a bee) it was in the summer before i got my Cannon 400D.

The camera used for this picy was a Fujifilm Finepix s6500d its a non SLR but as you can see still quite a capable camera for its class.



The picture hasnt been enhanced with photoshop yet

My Current setup is a Cannon 400D with 2gb & 18-55 standard lens as well as a 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III USM lens. I cant wait to take some decent pictures with it

Good use of DOF to isolate the subjectand some good wing detail, compositionaly I think the Bee needs to be less central.
